3. Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the tour will be refunded 50%.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable.
3.2 Cancellations by the Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns). In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
